Grand River Hospital District and Garfield Re-2 School District invites you to join us as we celebrate the Grand Opening of the Grand River Student Health Center in Rifle on Thursday August 30th from 4-6pm! Tour the clinic, enroll your children, enjoy refreshments and meet the staff of the Grand River Student Center. The Open House will be a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the convenient low cost services we offer.
