December is a special time for giving and for the GRHD Annual Holiday Toy Drive.   There are various drop-off locations throughout the Hospital District for employees and the community to donate unwrapped, new toys – for any child of any age.  For more information about the GRHD Annual Holiday Toy Drive or how you can help, contact Lynne Miller, Director Nutritional Services (970) 625-6415 (lmiller@grhd.org).  With your donation, we can make sure that no child goes without a gift to open this Christmas.  Drop off bins are located in: Grand River Medical Clinic, Grand River Hospital, E. Dene Moore Care Center, and Grand River Medical Center at Battlement Mesa.

Take a moment this year to honor the memory and spirit of a loved one who has passed at our annual dedication of our Memory Tree on Sunday, December 9th, 2012 starting at 2:00 p.m.  at the E. Dene Moore Care Center (701 East 5th Street in Rifle). 

Join us for this celebratory event where there will be refreshments, song, fellowship and memories.  Purchase a personalized handmade ornament in memory of a loved one and we will proud to honor them by placing the ornament on our Memory Tree.
